We walk for Children's because the entire staff saved our Cori's life. Throughout Corina's open heart surgery, recovery, and diagnosis and management of DiGeorge syndrome at days old, the entire staff made a horrible and terrifying experience bearable and positive for us. We basically lived there for 6 weeks and they treated our entire family like family. Every single department from the doctors down to the cafeteria staff treated us so kindly from day one.

We continue to receive the most amazing care and kindness from all of Cori's specialists and support staff. She has developed great relationships with her doctors. When you have to go a lot, this is everything. 

Kindness like that is priceless, and that is why we walk for Children's
