Everyone who knows about me knows I have wanted to be a pediatric nurse my entire life. I recently was blessed with the opportunity to work alongside amazing nurses in the children’s hospital of Pittsburgh’s operating room. Here I’ve gotten to meet hundreds of resilient, smart, talented, funny, and ambitious kiddos who truly inspire me every day. These kids keep their sparkle no matter what they are going through and always keep a smile on their face while it happens. This year I’m fundraising to help keep their magic alive. As we all know healthcare is expensive…. And no child’s family should be left with a decision of paying life saving medical expenses or putting food on their table. With your help we can provide life saving medical treatments to kids all across America..and even beyond as we are fortunate to be able to care for international kiddos.
