My name is Marcell Patrick-James Schefdore-Fitzgerald II. Son of Marcell Schefdore-Fitzgerald I & Kayla Prater. I have been diagnosed with Choroid Plexus Carcinoma and am being treated at UPMC Children's Hospital.

I will be participating in The Walk for Children's, presented by UPMC and UPMC Health Plan, at Shenley Park in Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday, June 7, 2025. My involvement is motivated by a desire to contribute to advancements in children's healthcare.

I will be joining thousands of others in my community and across the world in the fight to power the advanced care that can change a child's life.
