Our family is participating virtually in Walk for Children’s 2024 presented by UPMC and UPMC Health Plan because we want to make a difference for our sweet Sophia and others facing life-changing diagnoses.
We will be joining many of our friends and family in support of a movement to advance pediatric health care for Soph and for other kids and families in need.
