I am participating in Walk for Children’s presented by UPMC and UPMC Health Plan because I want to make a difference for sick kids and their families.
Many of you may know that last summer Jackson had to be taken to Children's by ambulance for an emergency appendix removal. The staff at the hospital was truly amazing. I want to give back to them so they have all the resources they need to care for all of the children who need care. We are so blessed to have this facility in our area to serve our local families.
I will be joining thousands of others in my community and across the world in support of a movement to advance pediatric health care for kids and families in need.
